The most important part of our process is the “discussion.” Talking to the client, discovering what drives them and hearing their story builds our passion to communicate it through film. Then the creative process takes off.
At this point we start thinking about the possibilities for presenting the story, through storyboarding, scripting if necessary, identifying locations, backgrounds, etc. We distill it down to a few strong key messages we want the viewer to take away.
When filming is completed, we provide a first edited draft for the client’s review. We collaborate with you on additional features like voiceover, music, etc.
We start by meeting with you, the client, and find out what you do, why you do it and what story you want to tell. This is the phase when we start building the narrative we will tell through film. We provide you with a proposal so we are all on the same page.
Once the storyboard and all aspects of the production are approved, we then book the filming schedule to accommodate all parties, building in adequate time for the comfort of the client and the crew.
The films we produce are collaborative efforts between Baat Cheet and our clients. In the end, the video you receive is the result of collaboration and a labour of love for both of us.
